Elliott Greenleaf is pleased to announce that Robert M. Sebia has been elected as a Shareholder, effective January 1, 2026. Rob will continue to serve clients across a broad range of matters, including real estate, land use, zoning, business law and transactions, as well as estate planning and estate administration.
Rob advises individuals, real estate developers, and business owners on the acquisition and sale of real property, land development and zoning matters, entity formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has significant public-sector experience, having served as deputy solicitor for several municipalities throughout Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, and Berks Counties.

Rob earned his J.D. from Temple University. During law school, he clerked for the Appeals Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Cause of Action Institute in Washington, D.C.
