Legal Experience That Stands Out

Rob advises individuals, real estate developers, and business owners on matters such as the acquisition and sale of real property, land development, zoning, entity formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Rob has also served as deputy solicitor for several municipalities throughout Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, and Berks Counties.

While earning his J.D. from Temple University, Rob clerked for the Appeals Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Cause of Action Institute in Washington D.C.

Representative Matters

  • Part of a team advising municipal clients regarding the privatization and sale of their municipal wastewater and water systems throughout Montgomery and Chester Counties.
  • Counsel for a nonprofit defending a tax exemption appeal regarding whether the subject property was entitled to the purely public charity exemption under Pennsylvania law.
  • Counsel for a real estate developer engaged in lease negotiations with a national retail company.
  • Part of a team advising a municipal zoning hearing board in a challenge to the regulation of Distributed Antenna Systems under state and federal telecommunications law.
