Robert Sebia focuses his practice on real estate, land use, municipal, zoning, business law, business transactions, estate planning, and estate administration.
Rob advises individuals, real estate developers, and business owners on matters such as the acquisition and sale of real property, land development, zoning, entity formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Rob has also served as deputy solicitor for several municipalities throughout Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, and Berks Counties.
While earning his J.D. from Temple University, Rob clerked for the Appeals Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Cause of Action Institute in Washington D.C.
