Dismissal Secured for Logistics Company in Commercial Dispute

Elliott Greenleaf’s Brian Grady and Thomas Helbig represented a logistics and warehousing company in a claim brought by a solar panel manufacturer alleging conversion and slander of title related to a warehouseman’s lien placed on stored goods.

The Court denied the manufacturer’s request for a preliminary injunction, and the manufacturer later dismissed all claims against our client without any payment.
