Elliott Greenleaf is proud to welcome three new associates — Ronan Egan, Keighlyn Oliver, and Justin Richards — to our growing team of attorneys. Each brings a unique combination of skill, experience, and dedication that reflects the firm’s longstanding commitment to exceptional client service and legal excellence.
Ronan brings a strong background in legal research, writing, and advocacy to his practice. He earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he represented survivors of domestic abuse through the Civil Justice Clinic and completed two federal judicial internships with the Hon. Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before law school, Ronan earned his B.A. in English from the University of South Carolina and gained early experience in the legal field through internships with two law firms, assisting with marketing initiatives and clerical legal work.
Keighlyn handles a wide range of litigation matters, including civil, employment, business, and insurance disputes. She has particular experience in insurance coverage and defense, as well as in advising employers on workplace issues such as discrimination, harassment, and other sensitive investigations. Before joining the firm, Keighlyn clerked for the Hon. Tina Polachek-Gartley of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas, where she gained hands-on experience managing a busy civil docket and drafting opinions across diverse legal issues. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she developed her interest in insurance law through internships with national insurers and civil defense firms.
Justin is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on civil, commercial, and corporate litigation, as well as zoning, land use, municipal law, and criminal justice. Before joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Fred A. Pierantoni, III, of the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas, where he assisted in resolving complex civil, criminal, and family matters. Earlier in his career, Justin worked as an assistant district attorney in Luzerne County, prosecuting serious felony and misdemeanor cases, and later represented defendants as a court-appointed criminal defense attorney.
We’re thrilled to have Ronan, Keighlyn, and Justin join the Elliott Greenleaf team.
