On February 19, Shareholder Drew P. McLaughlin volunteered at Dallas Middle School for their YES! (Your Economic Success) Day Experience, a program organized by Junior Achievement of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Designed for middle school students, YES! offers an interactive, hands-on opportunity led by community volunteers to explore various career paths and learn how to translate their skills into workplace success.

Throughout the morning, Drew engaged with different groups of 6th graders, discussing essential professional skills such as communication, teamwork, creativity, and adaptability, and then led group exercises to reinforce these concepts.
