Steven Tolliver, Jr. focuses his practice in both complex commercial litigation and transactional law with an emphasis on healthcare, complex civil litigation, employment law, contract disputes and personal injury claims.
Before he attended law school, Steven worked as a Legal Assistant and later as a Summer Associate while attending Villanova University School of Law. After graduating from law school Steven worked at the firm and assisted on matters involving complex commercial litigations, health insurance provider-insurer contractual disputes, pharmaceutical litigations, employment discrimination actions, and personal injury actions. Steven also clerked for the Hon. Sharon Williams Losier of the Philadelphia Municipal Court where he worked on a variety of criminal and civil matters.
Steven earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Black Law Students Association and Sports Law Society.
