Legal Experience That Stands Out

Kyle’s diverse practice includes alleged civil rights violations, employment and business disputes, healthcare, business, torts, SEC and grand jury investigations, government enforcement actions, internal investigations concerning public and private corporations and entities, and preliminary injunctions implicating trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and unfair competition.

Kyle clerked for Judge Thomas I. Vanaskie on the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, where he worked on complex civil and criminal litigation, including cases involving business, financial, and commercial disputes; ERISA; white collar matters; bankruptcy; civil rights; insurance coverage; and corporate liability issues.

He served a six-year term as a Hearing Committee Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and is Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Conshohocken Municipal Authority. Kyle is active in professional, community, civic, and charitable initiatives, including various Montgomery Bar Association activities.

Representative Matters

  • Winning a federal court preliminary injunction protecting trade secrets, and obtaining sanctions for defendants’ spoliation of electronic evidence.
  • Counseling employees in a criminal federal grand jury investigation of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Counsel in the ongoing defense of a client concerning alleged civil rights issues, while also representing the client in a parallel government investigation.
  • Counsel for a receiver appointed by the SEC in an enforcement action, successfully negotiating and recovering through litigation millions of dollars in assets on behalf of victims of a complex Ponzi scheme.
  • Counsel for a religious institution in lawsuits involving alleged sexual abuse, employment, real estate, breach of contract, and personal injury issues.
  • Winning dismissal of sexual abuse allegations on behalf of a client in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, that was then affirmed by the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
