Keighlyn Oliver focuses her practice on complex litigation matters with an emphasis on insurance defense, insurance bad faith, and insurance coverage litigation.
Keighlyn began her legal education at Duquesne University School of Law, where she was involved in the Corporate Law Society, Family Law Society, and Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She then transferred to Villanova Charles Widger School of Law, where she spent most of her time researching and following developments within the insurance industry. While earning her J.D., she interned in-house for a nation-wide insurance company and clerked at two different civil defense firms, while gaining invaluable litigation experience.
