Henry F. Siedzikowski

Henry F. Siedzikowski, former president of the firm, suddenly passed away on December 15, 2025. He will always be remembered for his remarkable career as a distinguished trial and appellate attorney and for his deep commitment to the legal profession and to the Elliott Greenleaf community.

Henry’s legal career was marked by excellence and leadership. With decades of experience litigating complex commercial disputes, healthcare, insurance, antitrust, and bankruptcy matters in courts across the country, he earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike. From 1990 to 2015, he served as President of Elliott Greenleaf, guiding the firm with integrity and vision.

Beyond his courtroom achievements, Henry served on the Hearing Committee of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, lectured at continuing legal education programs, and provided steadfast support to charitable causes and youth sports groups. He also shared his wisdom and service beyond the firm, including his role as a member of the Board of Trustees of Juniata College. His legacy of professionalism, mentorship, and community involvement will be deeply missed.
