Rafael Zahralddin appointed as General Counsel of the Hispanic National Bar Association

Elliott Greenleaf shareholder and director Rafael X. Zahralddin-Aravena has been appointed as General Counsel for the Hispanic National Bar Association. Rafael is an established national leader in the HNBA, previously serving as the National Vice President of External Affairs in 2013-2014, Region IV (DE, PA) Regional President, the Deputy for Region IV and Deputy General Counsel. He is a member of the Board of Governors as an affiliate representative from the Delaware Hispanic Bar Association and has been a speaker and moderator at multiple HNBA conferences. Rafael also founded and served as the first President of the Delaware Hispanic Bar Association. The Hispanic National Bar Association is an incorporated, not-for-profit, national membership association that represents the interests of Hispanic attorneys, judges, law professors, legal assistants, law students, and legal professionals in the United States and its territories.
