Jonathan M. Stemerman selected to be a member of the Fellows Program by the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association

Elliott Greenleaf, P.C. attorney Jonathan M. Stemerman has been selected by the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association to be a member of the Fellows Program for the 2016-2018 class.

The Fellows Program represents a commitment by the Business Law Section to encourage the participation of young lawyers, lawyers of color, LGBT lawyers and lawyers with disabilities in Section activities. Participants in the program are provided a path to Section Leadership though unique leadership positions within their substantive Committees and the Business Law Fellows Committee. Additionally, Fellows are introduced to the Section’s structure and opportunities for leadership.

As a Fellow, Mr. Stemerman is required to attend the Business Law Section Annual Meeting, the Business Law Section Spring Meeting, and one stand-alone committee meeting for each year of his term. Mr. Stemerman currently serves as Director of Educational Programming for the Young Lawyer Committee of the Business Law Section.

Mr. Stemerman becomes the second Elliott Greenleaf, P.C. attorney to be selected to the prestigious Fellows Program. Previously, Rafael X. Zahralddin-Aravena, a Founding Shareholder of the Firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office was selected as a Fellow for the 2008-2010 term.

Mr. Stemerman is a Shareholder in Elliott Greenleaf, P.C.’s Wilmington and Philadelphia offices. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate litigation, complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation and class action litigation.
