Elliott Greenleaf, retained solely for the appeal, won reversal of a multi-million dollar award against its client executors in a complex estate litigation in the Pennsylvania Superior Court. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has now denied a petition for allowance of appeal. This significant estate matter has been in orphans court litigation for a decade. It is now remanded back to the Orphan’s Court of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas to address certain ancillary issues. John M. Elliott, Dean R. Phillips and Colin J. O’Boyle of the Firm’s Blue Bell office led the successful appeal efforts.
