Elliott Greenleaf to Host Seminar on Estate Planning and Estate Administration for Lawyers

On Tuesday, November 15, 2016, Elliott Greenleaf, P.C. shareholder Kevin S. Anderson will present a two-hour CLE program on Estate Planning and Estate Administration for attorneys. Topics covered during the seminar will include (i) Estate Planning including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills, (ii) Estate Administration including distribution, tax return issues and (iii) Ethical Issues relating to both Estate Planning and Administration including drafting of engagement letters, managing expectations, confirming when engagements end, and properly identifying who are and are not counsel’s clients. Mr. Anderson has been responsible for the firm’s business and estate departments and has extensive experience with both estate planning and administration.

Check-in for the program will begin at 2:00 p.m. on the 15th with the program beginning promptly at 3:00 p.m. at the Firm’s Blue Bell office at 925 Harvest Drive, Third Floor, Blue Bell, PA. The fee for attendance by attorneys not associated with the Firm is $100. Requests to attend must be received no later than Thursday, November 10th.
