Zack focuses his practice on complex commercial and corporate litigation in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He represents clients at both the trial and appellate stages of litigation, and in both state and federal courts.

Legal Experience That Stands Out

While earning his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School, Zack served as the Bluebook Editor for the Widener Law Review. Additionally, Zack served as a legal intern in the national security division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia as well as a certified legal intern for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. In his final year of law school, Zack was selected for the Wolcott Fellowship, which allowed him to serve as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Gary F. Traynor of the Delaware Supreme Court.
