Legal Experience That Stands Out

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Sarah served as an intern to the Hon. Vice Chancellor Montgomery-Reeves of the Delaware Court of Chancery and to the Hon. Frank Shepherd of the Third District Court of Appeal in Florida.

While earning her J.D., Sarah authored the article titled “Using the Class Action Fairness Act as a Loophole Around the Magnuson Moss’s Jurisdictional Requirements,” which was published in the National Law Review as the winner of the Fall 2015 National Law Review Student Writing Competition and reprinted in the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law (University of Houston Law Center), the official publication of the State Bar of Texas. Her article also was cited by the treatise Newberg on Class Actions.

While in law school, Sarah performed more than 450 hours of pro bono service as part of the University of Miami School of Law’s HOPE Pro Bono Challenge.
