Legal Experience That Stands Out

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Samantha clerked for the Hon. Thomas I. Vanaskie of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She assisted with legal research and drafted opinions addressing many complex issues, including: civil rights, the False Claims Act and federal habeas relief.

While earning her J.D. at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, Samantha served as Editor-in-Chief of Pace Law Review. Her student comment, “Upholding Citizens’ Privacy in the Use of Stingray Technology: Is New York Behind?”, was selected for publication in Pace Law Review, Vol. 37, Issue 1 (2017).

Samantha participated in Pace’s Federal Judicial Honors Program, where she interned for the Hon. Richard J. Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also served as an intern for the Hon. Malachy E. Mannion of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office in New York.
