Representative Matters

After obtaining a dismissal of the physician practice groups’ case in trial court, Greg then successfully defeated their appeal, winning a full affirmance of the trial court’s decision.
  • Counsel for a major national healthcare insurer, successfully enjoining and then overturning a state agency’s selections of certain companies to run the state’s multibillion-dollar Medicaid program.
  • Defense and appellate counsel for several Philadelphia-area hospital systems and healthcare executives defeating a putative wage-and-hour class action. After the federal district court dismissed the action at the preliminary stage, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit affirmed the dismissal.
