Richard L. Alloway serves as Of-Counsel to the firm working out of its central Pennsylvania office. Mr. Alloway’s practice focuses on serving his clients in the firm’s core practice areas of healthcare, banking, educational municipal law, real estate and employment law, particularly in the Franklin, Adams and York Counties of central Pennsylvania.

A graduate of Shippensburg University and Widener Law School, Mr. Alloway has been elected as a magisterial District Justice and presently represents the 33rd District in the Senate of Pennsylvania. An outdoorsman and history buff, he is a member of the National Rifle Association, the Hamilton Township Ruritan, the Franklin County Farm Bureau, Pleasant Hall Fire Company and Trinity Lutheran Church. A former member of the Franklin County Development Corporation and Downtown Chambersburg, Inc., he also served as President of the Green Township and the Lurgan Township Lions Clubs. He and his wife Shannon reside in Hamilton Township, Franklin County.
