Paula L. Radick, an Associate in the Scranton and Wilkes-Barre offices, concentrates her practice in civil rights litigation, as well as employment and criminal law in federal and state courts.

Ms. Radick's professional experience includes serving as a Luzerne County Assistant District Attorney specializing in high technology and sex crimes. She has extensive jury trial experience, and she headed the Juvenile Prosecution Unit. Ms. Radick also served as the Managing Attorney at the Barbara J. Hart Justice Center, a pro bono legal services organization offering assistance in family law matters to victims of domestic violence.

A cum laude graduate of King's College with her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law, she previously served as the Vice-President of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association's Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Radick served as the chairperson of the YLD's "Food for Filing" program in conjunction with the Commission on Economic Opportunity, and currently serves as chairperson of the YLD's volunteer project with the St. Vincent dePaul Soup Kitchen.

In 2003 she received the Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association's Young Lawyers Division and in July of 2003, she received the Distinguished Service Award from the Bar Association's Executive Committee. Ms. Radick is a graduate of the Leadership Wilkes Barre Class of 2006.

A member of the Bars of the United States Supreme Court, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, she is also a member of the Criminal Court and the Computer Committees of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association.
