Margaret S. Curran is of counsel in the firm's Blue Bell office. Ms. Curran received her J.D. in 1991 from of Rutgers School of Law (Camden). While at Rutgers, she served as a staff member of the Rutgers Law Journal from 1989-1990 and served as an associate editor from 1990-1991. Ms. Curran is a 1985 graduate of Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, receiving a B.A. in history.
Ms. Curran practice includes trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts, concentrating her practice in health law, ERISA benefits and discrimination litigation, and insurance issues.
A member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Ms. Curran is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern of Pennsylvania. Her professional associations include the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Ms. Curran is an active volunteer in her community, including serving as a volunteer visitor for Aid for Friends, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide the needy and isolated elderly in the five-county Philadelphia area with free meals. Ms. Curran, her husband and two sons live in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
