Michael R. Braverman, an associate in the Blue Bell office, focuses on commercial litigation and energy and environmental matters. A graduate of Villanova Law School, he was a Managing Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, and was awarded the James A. Butterworth award for outstanding service and dedication by an editor. Mike was also the Founder and President of the Environmental and Energy Law Society at Villanova. His article, King of the Hill: Ohio Valley Environmental Coalition v. Aracoma Coal Co. and the Battle Raging Between Environmentalists and the Coal Industry over Mountaintop Mining, 21 Vill. Envtl. L.J. 293 (2010), is published by the Villanova Environmental Law Journal.

A native of Philadelphia, Mike earned a B.S. from Guilford College (N.C.), where he was a member of the varsity baseball team and a student representative on the College’s Judicial Board. Mike was a three-time Old Dominion Athletic Conference All-Academic Team honoree.
