Mr. Coble is a senior associate in the Firm’s Central Pennsylvania office, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation and regulatory matters. He has front-line experience in a broad range of complex matters, including contractual breaches and business torts, trade secrets, zoning, land use and real estate, class actions, products liability, premises liability and election law, among others. In addition to his litigation experience, he provides advice to clients navigating regulatory laws and processes, including reviewing departmental filings for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and preparing and advising with respect to contracts of various types. His regulatory counseling work addresses land use, insurance and consumer protection, with specific emphasis on insurance regulatory, dissolution and accreditation matters.

Mr. Coble received his Bachelor of Arts in English and a Minor in Philosophy from The Pennsylvania State University, and thereafter worked in Washington, D.C. for an international law firm prior to entering law school. Matt received his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 2002, and while there served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review, and was selected for membership on the Appellate Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Matt is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations. Matt, his wife and daughter, live in New Cumberland, PA.
