Mark B. Goodheart, an associate, concentrates his practice in Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Goodheart graduated from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law in 2006. In the summer of 2004, while attending Temple, he worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Michael M. Baylson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During law school, Mr. Goodheart participated in the Philadelphia Public Defender Office clinical program, where he received recognition for distinguished performance. Additionally, he served as the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Mr. Goodheart is a 1995 graduate of Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and General Literature from Binghamton University (SUNY) in Binghamton, New York in 1999, where he was a pitcher on the Varsity Baseball team.

Mr. Goodheart is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. His professional relationships include the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and Montgomery Bar Associations.
