Elliott Greenleaf's diverse practice serves all areas of employment law. We have extensive experience, and have won many significant verdicts for plaintiffs and defendants, in cases involving allegations of race, gender, age, and disability-based discrimination, civil rights, and retaliation claims attendant thereto.

We have successfully litigated the issues under the Employee Retirement and Income Security Act ("ERISA"), the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (the "WARN" Act). Our attorneys also regularly appear before federal and state courts in wrongful termination, violation of state wage payment and collection laws, enforcement of non-competition agreements, and enforcement of the relative rights and obligations under employment contracts.

Our clients include state and local governmental entities, public officials, publicly held corporations (including Fortune 100 companies) as well as privately held corporations and individuals. Elliott Greenleaf litigates in all judicial forums, including federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and corresponding state and local regulatory bodies.

We recently won a complete defense jury verdict in a complex federal race discrimination action, and have recently won summary judgment for defendants in several cases. We also recently won the largest single plaintiff age discrimination verdict in the history of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
