Robert M. Sebia
Robert (“Rob”) M. Sebia, an associate in the Blue Bell office, focuses his practice on real estate, land use, municipal, zoning, business law, business transactions, estate planning and estate administration. Rob advises individuals, real estate developers and business owners on matters such as the acquisition and sale of real property, land development, zoning, entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions. Rob has also served as deputy solicitor for several municipalities throughout Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, and Berks County. Rob is a cum laude graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law. While earning his J.D. from Temple University, Rob clerked for the Appeals Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Cause of Action Institute in Washington D.C. He received his undergraduate degree from Wilkes University.
Rob is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Montgomery and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
