Rafael Zahralddin appointed as the co-Education Director of the ABI International Committee

The American Bankruptcy Institute has appointed Elliott Greenleaf shareholder Rafael X. Zahralddin, the firm’s Chair of Commercial Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, to be the co-Education Director for the ABI International Committee.  Mr. Zahralddin is currently the International Committee Newsletter Editor.

The American Bankruptcy Institute is the largest multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency.  ABI was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues.  The ABI Canal Center Plaza membership includes more than 13,000 attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and other bankruptcy professionals providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information.
