The National Association of Corporate Directors (“NACD”) announced that Rafael X. Zahralddin-Aravena of Elliott Greenleaf, P.C. has become an NACD Governance Fellow, the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors and corporate governance professionals. Mr. Zahralddin currently serves or has served as a director on the boards of the Delaware Hispanic Bar Association, Read Aloud Delaware, Pennsylvania Hispanic Bar Association, Lake Oswego, LLC, 150 Madison Lane Fund, Virginia ETA Corporation, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
As an NACD Fellow, Mr. Zahralddin has demonstrated his knowledge of the leading trends and practices that define exemplary corporate governance today and has committed to developing professional insights through a comprehensive program of ongoing study.
