Sherine N. Bediako
Sherine N. Bediako is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ms. Bediako excelled at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. In addition to her J.D., Ms. Bediako received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation and made Dean’s List for three consecutive semesters. The American Bar Association Business Law Section honored Ms. Bediako by choosing her for the Section’s Diversity Clerkship Program, where she clerked for Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons, Jr. of the Chancery Court of Delaware from May 2013 to August 2013.
After graduation from law school, Ms. Bediako served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Jan R. Jurden (now President Judge) of the Superior Court of Delaware. Among other responsibilities, she researched and drafted opinions for cases on the Complex Civil Litigation Docket.
Ms. Bediako graduated from Temple University with a B.B.A. degree, majoring in Accounting, cum laude, where she was a member of the Beta Alpha Psi honors accounting society. Between undergraduate and law school, she pursued a career in accounting, working as a Senior Financial Accountant for Shire Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Wayne, Pennsylvania and as an External Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Philadelphia. Ms. Bediako is experienced in drafting financial statements, analyzing operating expenses, and reviewing financial statements for compliance with Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) pronouncements and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Ms. Bediako is an active member of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association Law Firm Affiliate Network with several other members of her firm. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, Delaware State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Association.
