Pat Casey is an attorney in the Scranton office, focusing on commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial litigations including general liability, products liability and medical malpractice. Prior to joining Elliott Greenleaf, he founded and managed his own law firm, representing persons who suffered catastrophic injuries, as well several major employers. He also represented, and continues to represent, several labor organizations throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Committed to public service and his clients’ concerns, Mr. Casey was the Democratic nominee for the United States Congress in 1998 and 2000. He is a member of the Lackawanna County Bar Association, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1989 and Villanova University School of Law in 1992. A Scranton native and resident, he and wife Anne are the proud parents of six children.
