Kyle M. Elliott, a Shareholder, represents businesses, individuals, religious institutions, and unions in a broad range of Government investigations and complex commercial litigations, including civil rights, employment, business disputes, health care, torts, SEC and grand jury investigations, government enforcement actions, court-appointed receiverships, internal investigations concerning public and non-public corporations and entities, and preliminary injunctions implicating trade secret, restrictive covenants, and unfair competition issues.

An honors graduate of LaSalle College High School, Georgetown University, and the Villanova University Law School, prior to joining the Firm, Kyle clerked for The Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  In both federal courts, he worked on a broad variety of civil and criminal litigations, business, financial, and commercial disputes, ERISA, white collar crime, bankruptcy, civil rights, insurance coverage, corporate liability, and other complex matters.

Kyle serves as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Conshohocken Municipal Authority; Treasurer of the La Salle College High School Board of Directors; and participates in the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program.  He has also served as a Judge for the Villanova University School of Law’s Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition, as well as the High School Mock Trial Competition sponsored by the Montgomery County, PA Bar Association.

A member of the Bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court of New Jersey.  Kyle lives with his wife and two sons in Conshohocken, where he coaches T-Ball.
