James J. Fitzpatrick
James J. Fitzpatrick has joined Elliott Greenleaf’s Blue Bell office as an associate.
Before joining the firm, James served as United States Senator Patrick J. Toomey’s Political Director in his successful 2016 reelection campaign, advising the Senator on a wide variety of issues. He also served as Senator Toomey’s Southeast Pennsylvania Regional Manager, developing relationships with a broad, bipartisan range of elected officials, businesses, and unions.
A 2015 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, James also previously served as legal intern for Judge Anthony J. Scirica of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and for U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy Rice of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In addition, he serves as a First Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, as a member of the United States Military Academy’s selection board, and as the Young Lawyer Chair of the Federal Bar Association, EDPA Chapter.
A native Philadelphian, James graduated from Chestnut Hill Academy and received his undergraduate degree in history from Lehigh University. He and his wife live in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia.
