Gregory S. Voshell is a Shareholder in the Blue Bell office of Elliott Greenleaf. Mr. Voshell represents clients in complex commercial matters in federal and state courts throughout the country. He has significant experience in representing clients in healthcare related matters and has represented clients in pharmaceutical drug litigations, payor/provider lawsuits, healthcare fraud, kickback, and abuse matters, antitrust cases, and Medicare and Medicaid related disputes. In addition, Mr. Voshell has represented numerous clients in employment related litigation and has defended against a multitude of class action lawsuits across the country. Mr. Voshell has been repeatedly honored as a Pennsylvania Rising Star.
Prior to joining Elliott Greenleaf, Mr. Voshell served as a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Yohn, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Voshell graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor for the Villanova Law Review. Before law school, Mr. Voshell attended Elizabethtown College, where he was a captain and four-year member of the varsity tennis team.
Mr. Voshell is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third and Seventh Circuits, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Montgomery Bar Associations. Since 2013, Mr. Voshell serves as a Co-Chair of the Montgomery Bar’s Federal Courts Committee.
Greg, his wife, and their three children live in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
