MARK A. KEARNEY ELECTED SECRETARY OF MONTGOMERY BAR ASSOCIATION

Elliott Greenleaf shareholder, Mark A. Kearney, has been elected Secretary of the Montgomery Bar Association for 2005. The Montgomery Bar Association has over 2400 active members, and is the third largest Bar Association in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kearney will serve as one of five elected officers to the Bar Association. This election continues his service as a leader in the Bench and Bar, including as a director of the Historical Society of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Chairperson of the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians, a Fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, and a former director of the Montgomery Bar Association.

The Firm’s commitment to public service is also furthered by the election of Thomas J. Elliott as the Secretary of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association; Roger J. Harrington’s election as the Secretary of the Young Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association in 2005; and Eric P. Wilenzik’s election as a Director of the Montgomery Bar Association.
