Elliott Greenleaf, P.C.’s Kate Harmon has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association (“DSBA”), to serve as a Member-at-Large for the 2016-2017 term.
The Executive Committee oversees and implements the DSBA’s mission and, as a Member-at-Large, Kate will be integral to the Executive Committee’s role. Kate was selected to serve as a Member-at-Large on the Executive Committee in recognition of her potential for future leadership within the DSBA and in the Delaware bar community. Kate was appointed by Miranda Clifton, the President of the DSBA.
Established in 1923, the DSBA’s purpose is to continue the pursuit of jurisprudence, effect appropriate statutory reform, ensure proper standards for members of the Delaware Bar, preserve the honor and dignity in the Delaware Bar, maintain the tenets of professional responsibility and legal ethics, foster relationships among and between the Bench and Bar of Delaware and preserve the legal history of the Delaware Bar.
Ms. Harmon, an associate in the Firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office, concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, entity formation, non-profit representation, insurance coverage disputes, compliance and intellectual property.
