James J. Fitzpatrick Joins Elliott Greenleaf

James J. Fitzpatrick has joined Elliott Greenleaf as an associate in the Blue Bell office. Mr. Fitzpatrick is a 2015 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Before joining the firm, James worked for United States Senator Patrick Toomey. He served as the Senator’s Political Director during his successful 2016 reelection campaign. He was responsible for advising the Senator on statewide political issues, endorsements, coalition building, and managing field staff across the Commonwealth. While in law school, Mr. Fitzpatrick worked full time for Senator Toomey as Southeast Pennsylvania Regional Manager where he advised the Senator on legislative issues of regional importance out of the Philadelphia office while maintaining relationships with a broad, bipartisan range of elected officials, businesses, and unions. On leave from the Senate office, James worked as an intern for The Honorable Anthony J. Scirica, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and as an intern for The Honorable Timothy Rice, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

In addition, James serves as a First Lieutenant in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. James also serves on the military academy selection board for Senator Toomey and as the Younger Lawyer Chair for the Federal Bar Association, EDPA Chapter.
