Henry F. Siedzikowski and Mark A. Kearney Present Legal Education Seminar on Cutting-Edge Issues in the United States Federal Court of Appeals

Elliott Greenleaf’s Henry F. Siedzikowski and Mark A. Kearney were featured lecturers for a continuing legal education seminar on “Cutting-Edge Issues in the United States Court of Appeals”, as presented by the Montgomery Bar Association’s Federal Courts Committee. Mr. Kearney, on a panel chaired by Judge Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals, provided advocacy insights in briefs and in oral argument, as well as the importance of the pre-brief submissions in transitioning the issues from the trial court analysis to the Court of Appeals. Mr. Siedzikowski chaired a panel addressing the most significant cases from the Court of Appeals in the last twelve months, including Elliott Greenleaf’s successful reversal of the trial court orders in the Tyson Foods FLSA case.
