ELLIOTT GREENLEAF’S KATE HARMON LEADS DELAWARE STATE BAR ASSOCIATION’S MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY SERVICE PROJECT

WILMINGTON, DE – The Delaware State Bar Association (“DSBA”) holds an annual breakfast and a Statewide Day of Service honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  This year’s events are on January 15, 2018 beginning at 8:00 A.M. at the Chase Center on the Riverfront.

The Honorable Joseph R. Biden Jr., 47th Vice President of the United States, will be the featured speaker during breakfast.  Following the breakfast, the DSBA will be hosting service projects in each county of the state.

Service projects are arranged throughout the state and include the Ronald McDonald House, Food Bank of Delaware, Wills for Seniors, the Sunday Breakfast Mission and Emmanuel Dining Room.

Elliott Greenleaf’s Kate Harmon serves on the Planning Committee for the event.  Ms. Harmon is leading the service project for Meals on Wheels, during which she and other volunteers will deliver hot, nutritious meals to homebound individuals throughout the state.
