ELLIOTT GREENLEAF WINS $1.8 MILLION JURY VERDICT IN COMPLEX COMMERCIAL MATTER IN PHILADELPHIA

On November 24, 2009, a Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ Commerce Court jury awarded a verdict of $1,785,876.50 in favor of Elliott Greenleaf’s client, an American Lawyer Top 100 law firm. A trial team of Dean Phillips, Deborah Simon, and Colin O’Boyle tried this complex commercial case to verdict before Judge Arnold New.

Mr. Phillips said “It is a professional compliment that fellow attorneys choose us to represent them. Representing lawyers and law firms in commercial disputes is a meaningful and growing aspect of our Firm’s practice. We are gratified that the jury awarded our client full payment of its fees for its excellent legal services.”
