Elliott Greenleaf was selected as Delaware and Conflict Counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Proliance International, Inc. corporate bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware. The Debtors design, manufacture, and market heating and cooling components and systems for sale in the automotive, light and heavy duty truck aftermarkets in North and Central America and Europe.
