ELLIOTT GREENLEAF SELECTED AS DEBTORS’ DELAWARE AND CONFLICTS COUNSEL FOR THE CHAPTER 11 CASE OF THE NATIONS’ LARGEST SPECIALTY SWIMWEAR CHAIN

Elliott Greenleaf has been selected as Delaware and Conflicts counsel to the Debtors in the Everything But Water corporate bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware. The Debtors are the nation’s largest specialty retailer of women’s swimwear and resort apparel, with seventy stores in twenty-six states and Puerto Rico, and more than 360 employees. The stores, together with a shopping website, offer customers a selection of high-end swimwear, resort wear and accessories from a variety of well-known designers and manufacturers. The Debtors commenced their Chapter 11 cases to implement a competitive sales process and effectuate a sale of the Debtor’s assets through Chapter 11.
