Elliott Greenleaf Is Selected Delaware Creditors Committee Counsel In Large Health Care Bankruptcy

Elliott Greenleaf was selected as Delaware and Conflicts counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the In re: ProxyMed Transactional Services, et al. corporate bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware. ProxyMed Transactional Services and its affiliates are information technology providers for the healthcare industry. Elliott Greenleaf was selected following an interview and selection process among several competing law firms, based principally on the Firm’s national reputation in health care and creditors rights and experienced corporate bankruptcy counsel in the Firm’s Wilmington office. Firm President Henry Siedzikowski, senior shareholder James C. Crumlish III, and the Managing Shareholder of the Firm’s Delaware office, Rafael Zahralddin, are leading the Firm’s efforts in this important retention.
