Elliott Greenleaf Attorneys Present Continuing Legal Education for the Bench and Bar

Several Elliott Greenleaf attorneys have been selected throughout Pennsylvania to present continuing legal education seminars for lawyers and judges.

Shareholders Thomas J. Elliott and Timothy T. Myers each presented seminars to the Philadelphia Bench Bar Conference in Atlantic City on November 5 and 6, 2004. Mr. Elliott, a former two term member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, lectured on the ethical guidelines governing lawyer conduct. Mr. Myers, a leading attorney in Pennsylvania on class actions, civil rights and the ability to recover attorneys’ fees in a wide variety of cases, lectured on the availability of attorneys fees under Pennsylvania law.

Dion G. Rassias presented seminars to the Luzerne County Bar Association on appellate rules in Pennsylvania, and to the Montgomery County Bar Association on deposition practices and discovery rules.

Dean R. Phillips presented seminars to the Bench Bar Conference of the Chester County Bar Association and the Bench Bar Conference of the Luzerne County Bar Association on “Appellate Practice Updates” in Pennsylvania.
