Eileen E. Elliott is an associate. Her practice includes commercial litigation in federal and state courts, with a concentration in criminal and white collar defense, complex civil cases, and domestic relations.

She served as Assistant District Attorney of Montgomery County , and is a member of the Bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania , the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania , and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mrs. Elliott served as a member of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania's Policy Council on Violence Prevention. She is a member of the American and Montgomery Bar Associations.

Mrs. Elliott graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a B.A. in English in 1992, and from Temple University School of Law with a J.D. in 1996 where she won the Trial Advocacy Award for Excellence.
