Mr. Lantz earned his law degree at Northeastern University School of Law and his Bachelors of Arts degree from Bucknell University. While a student at Northeastern, Mr. Lantz worked with the United States Attorney General's office in Boston and the Honorable A. Richard Caputo of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Lantz is a member of the Pennsylvania and Massachusetts Bars.
