Mr. O'Boyle is an associate in the firm's Scranton office. He graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 2007. While there Mr. O'Boyle was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as the Judicial Liaison to the Executive Board; advanced to the final four of 93 teams in the 46th Annual Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court competition; and was the 2006-2007 recipient of the David E. Worby scholarship, which recognizes one third year student for outstanding achievements in oral advocacy. Mr. O'Boyle also received the school's Dorothy Day Award for performing over 120 hours of pro bono work. Mr. O'Boyle externed with the Honorable Carol Sandra Moore Wells, federal Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and also took part in Villanova's Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic. Mr. O'Boyle graduated magna cum laude from the University of Scranton with a dual degree in History and Philosophy. He was also a member of the school's Special Jesuit Liberal Arts program, an honors program focused on philosophy, theology and literature.
