Bryan Barbin is of counsel to the Firm in its Blue Bell office. With 27 years experience in complex, tax, finance, and litigation matters, Bryan's practice focuses on complex litigation and financial matters in the Harrisburg and Johnstown areas. Bryan also serves as Special Tax Counsel to counties, school districts, municipalities and Board of Assessment Appeals throughout the Commonwealth. A fourth generation lawyer, Bryan previously practiced with the Firm for several years before joining his family’s law firm in Johnstown, and then re-joining the Firm in 2009.

A graduate of University of Richmond and with a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, he clerked for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Henry X. O'Brien, and then served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Tax and Finance Division. Bryan has represented the Commonwealth before the United States Supreme Court, and currently serves as the representative in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 71st District, consisting largely of the Johnstown area.
