Mr. Mirisis is an associate in the firm’s Wilmington and Blue Bell offices. Having passed the Delaware Bar Examination and New Jersey Bar Examination, Andrew is a cum laude graduate of Widener University Law School, where he was the Articles Editor of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Andrew is also a Deans List graduate of Rutgers University. During his third year of law school Andrew served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Andrew is admitted to the State Bars of both Delaware and New Jersey. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Andrew, a native of Hamilton, New Jersey, lives in Wilmington, Delaware.
