Judge Robert C. Daniels Joins Elliott Greenleaf’s Philadelphia Office

September 2008- Elliott Greenleaf is pleased to announce that the Honorable Robert C. Daniels, former judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court and a preeminent Philadelphia trial lawyer for over forty years, has joined Elliott Greenleaf & Siedzikowski, P.C..   Judge Daniels will be working in the firm's Philadelphia office at 1818 Market Street. He will focus his practice on catastrophic personal injury recoveries, commercial litigation, appellate practice and mediations.

Judge Daniels has served as a past chairman and member of the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and as a present member of the Supreme Court's civil rules committee. He has also served as a past chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, as a past president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and as a permanent member of the Judicial Conference for the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and Fifth Circuits.
