GOVERNMENT OF NEVIS RETAINS ELLIOTT GREENLEAF IN THE FOUR SEASONS RESORT NEVIS LITIGATION IN DELAWARE

The Sovereign Government of Nevis, a/k/a the Nevis Island Administration, through the government of Premier Joseph Parry, has now retained Elliott Greenleaf to protect its interests in complex commercial litigation pending in Delaware's Bankruptcy Court with respect to the efforts to reopen the Four Seasons Resort Nevis, Charlestown, Nevis, in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis (West Indies). The litigation in the Bankruptcy Court relates closely to a litigation pending in the Delaware Court of Chancery in which Elliott Greenleaf is serving as lead counsel for plaintiff Four Seasons Resort Estates Homeowners Association Ltd. Elliott Greenleaf's Ted Kittila, Mark A. Kearney and Rafael Zahralddin are leading the Firm's efforts.
