SENATOR STACK JOINS ELLIOTT GREENLEAF
Michael J. Stack III, an experienced commercial attorney, has joined the Firm and will practice from its Philadelphia office.

Senator Michael J. Stack III represents Northeast Philadelphia in the Pennsylvania State Senate, where he is a leading advocate for jobs, education, senior citizens and health care. A graduate of LaSalle University and Villanova Law School, Senator Stack is the Democratic Chair of the Banking and Insurance Committee, and a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He also serves as a Captain in the Army National Guard. He and his wife Tonya live in Northeast Philadelphia.
